We have been robbed. I went to Finland as a tourist for three days. We were stranded in the middle of nowhere, so we requested a tow truck in the early hours of the morning at −38°C. The person who assisted us was Minna. She made us pay an amount of €770, and at no point did the tow truck ever arrive. Fortunately, we met some people who helped us get out of there, so I told Minna that I wanted to cancel the service and requested a refund. After a week, I have not received the money, nor have I received any response or solution—neither from Minna nor from the company.
We were scammed⚠️ We requested a tow truck and canceled it immediately after we solved the problem ourselves. They told us not to worry and that they would refund our money, but since then they have been ignoring us.
Takes so many times for them to answer the phone. When they finally answered, the lady on the phone promised they will call back in a few minutes but they never did. They also are not responsive on what'sapp. Not sure what their customer service is actually doing. Not recommend.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and responsiveness of the team. I contacted them because my parents car broke down in the middle of Finland, and even though I was not at the site myself: due to their patience and support we managed to communicate pick up location and drop off point. They also came up with various scenarios on what to do with the car and how to help the best to safely get my parents to the destination. Experience 5 stars +.
