The broker lied directly to the question about the condition of the apartment, which affected the purchase decision and the sales price. With misleading sales, full management support (response to the complaint). A friend's deal was not made due to the same broker's rigging of sales conditions. So I recommend avoiding them. Fortunately, there are expert brokers with professional ethics on the other hand.
A complete scam company. They tried to sell the apartment with completely false and incomplete information. They don't answer emails at all if you ask anything. I don't recommend them.
Buyers should be careful. The agent tells facts about the apartment that they don't actually know. They minimize problems and sell a badly damaged apartment as "no renovations required". Buyers should carefully filter the agent's statements and verify the facts themselves.
Top sellers. I can recommend them if housing matters are topical.
