Jos tarkoituksesi on myydä asuntosi, valitse jokin toinen firma. Mutta jos olet kiinnostunut epäpätevistä edustajista, jotka romuttavat asuntokauppasi täysin ja joille ammattietiikka sekä moraali ovat vieraita käsitteitä, valitse Habita.<br><br>Voit varautua siihen, että asuntoasi pidetään tyhjän panttina 4 kuukautta. Kun hommat epäonnistuvat, firman puolelta vain muistutetaan, että olet itse kaikesta vastuussa ,pahoittelua tai vastuunkantoa on turha odottaa. Suosittelen ottamaan myös lakimiehen mukaan jo sopimusta tehtäessä. En suosittele kenellekään, rehellisempää väkeä löytyy varmasti jopa eduskunnasta.
Ihan täysi huijausfirma. Yrittivät myydä asuntoa täysin väärillä ja vajailla tiedoilla. Eivät vastaa sähköposteihin ollenkaan jos jotain kysyy. En suosittele.
