Absolutely top service - I recommend it! I had been trying to find someone to install a shower enclosure for a while, but the job was too small to interest most contractors. But then I found Henri! He not only installed the enclosure on time, but also offered to help with picking up/transporting the enclosure. Thank you Henri, you are absolutely amazing! It was a pleasure to do business with an contractor like you and if I ever need plumbing services, you are the first person I call.

As a small housing company, we needed to have our water supply system renovated. I started to survey the operators in the area and sent out requests for quotations to numerous different service providers. LVI-Pakarinen was the only one (!) who showed interest in our request for quotation to the extent that they came to visit us on site to survey our needs. This way, we received a quote that was carefully calculated based on the observations made by a professional. We considered the quote we received from LVI-Pakarinen to be the most reliable, so choosing a contractor was easy. Our positive customer experience has continued from ordering the work all the way to the end. We have been kept up to date at every stage of the renovation. Now that the work has been completed, we also learned how everything went and after reviewing the results of the work, we couldn't be more satisfied. Customer service has been very friendly and knowledgeable throughout. I would highly recommend LVI-Pakarinen's services to others. I am also happy because now I know who we will contact in the future when we need HVAC services.

Strong recommendation for LVI Pakarinen. The air source heat pump was installed on schedule, even though we were running quite late. At the installation site, we received professional tips on the placement of the pump's indoor and outdoor equipment and the work was done according to our wishes. The result of the work was really good and neat in every respect. It is unlikely that anyone would have done this job better.

The job was done quickly and professionally, according to the agreement. The result was professional and clean. The water pipes were renewed with surface installation in a detached house... and the second water hydrant was installed with the same problems. I recommend it!

The project was assessed and a quote was given quickly (toilet installations + new kitchen). Work started less than a week after the accepted quote. However, what I liked most was the smooth and tidy installation work and the places were left in a tidy condition after the work was completed (which has not been a given with previous contractors I have encountered). A preliminary agreement was made to install an air source heat pump later. Professional (very consultative) and friendly service.
