The replacement of the HVAC unit went very well. From the moment the quote was given, it was clear, fast and friendly. The valve adjustments were also correct, following the instructions of previous HVAC contractors. The total price was still more than 10% cheaper than the competitors' quotes. Quite a few companies from which quotes were requested could follow suit.
Charged 120 euro for a 1.5 hour drive when we ordered from our local plumber to fix a radiator leak at 2pm on a Saturday in Oulunsalo very close to their business. €360 euro for no parts needed 10 minute radiator leak. Sorry this company are just unsatisfactory with the pricing for traveling, how is this the customers problem? They might charge you for a long journey that's almost out of the region! I'm not happy with that. Too expensive price for 24hrs service, the hourly and the job is fine, it's mostly for 120 euro for the journey that let everything down, very good service and the plumber was great 5/5 plumber.
