Quick help and good advice on getting a frozen pumping station up and running.
I have dealt with the company twice. The first time regarding a level sensor for a Lining pumping station as a spare part. Excellent service. I got answers to all my questions. The spare part was found on the shelf. The price was right. The second time the same pumping station "broke down" in the winter. The gentleman who answered the phone gave me comprehensive instructions on what to do. It turned out that the pumping station was just frozen and we had to deal with it ourselves. Excellent customer service. I will use the company's services in the future, whenever needed.
Really good and friendly service. The Honda generator stopped giving power. I asked Rp-pumps about it, and they recommended that they check if the capacitor was faulty. They said that it's worth repairing such a good device if there's no bigger fault. That's what the fault was, and it was fixed while we waited, and it didn't cost much. I recommend it.
I asked for a quote for the repair of a well pump/water dispenser on May 27. The company replied that they would evaluate it the following week. Over a week passed and no one heard from them. Finally, after a phone call, a week later, the pump was inspected. Spare parts or a new pump were recommended. The company promised to be in touch. Nothing happened. I called around Midsummer and asked about the situation. Spare parts were not available, but a new pump had been ordered. The next time I contacted the company was in July, and they said the pump had not yet been delivered. It is now September and I have not heard anything from the company. I have not wanted to call again about this farce. I guess I will not get the pump. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
