I had an excellent experience with this rental company. The service was extremely professional and efficient. They were quick to assist us every step of the way, from providing initial information to showing the apartment and guiding us through the final contract process. Jonna Lakso was especially polite and helpful, taking the time to explain everything in detail. She also provided valuable information on additional services to make the process even smoother. Highly recommend!

A property management company to avoid. Too many customers taken care by a single person. This leads to a situation that they do not have enough time to take care of the basics. The person nominated to you may not have the full responsibility. Would have plenty to list here.

Dear students/young people, steer far from this company. Let me tell my awful experience. I rented my first ever flat in late December and moved away in late June. They told me to pay the last rent for July and August as I was waiting for my rent deposit money to be returned to me but I never got an answer. They told me they were trying to rent the flat forward, but later heard that they already had it rented forward in late July. As I contacted the company they told me that I was supposed to live there for a whole year. Couldn’t get a job in the city so I had to move away and in total they charged me around 1440€ (rent for two months, in which I did not spent a SECOND in the apartment, plus the deposit I had made when I moved in) only to get rid of the flat. That’s a lot of money. Straight up stealing from innocent young adults. Literal snakes. No other comment. Thank you and goodbye, will not be recommending them to anyone in my peers.

One star is even too much for this company. I’ve never experienced some racism in my life. They behaved unprofessionally and rude towards me. I’ve been in the business and customer service industry for 4 years now and this service has been beyond the worst I’ve seen. I wish them the best because that 2.8 star isn’t going be moving anytime soon. Update! The CEO has reached out to me and gave his deepest apologizes. He redeemed his company and made me feel like any other customer. Thank you.
