The property manager sends newsletters only in English. This is already a disgrace to Finnishness🤣I have never chosen English as my language of communication. Otherwise, things are handled very slowly, it is difficult to get in touch with the property manager. I do not recommend this property manager.
Customer service is absolutely substandard. When I try to log in to my account, they start asking me for my moving date and other information that they should have. I have lived in the housing company for 46 years. I wonder if the information was transferred when I changed accounts. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone.
We have not been paid our water bill for two years. We have not received any information by letter or in any other way. The property manager did not have account information, so he had simply not paid us. If we had not asked, I wonder what would have happened.
