The shareholder has been waiting for months for the property manager to correct the incorrect repair requirement presented by the board of directors regarding his share, as evidenced by the minutes requested from the supervisor at the shareholder's initiative, the arrival of which the property manager did not inform about on his own initiative. Normally, such a simple matter can be handled with just a phone call in a few days, but not with Vuorma. Nothing happens, no one tells whether the board is aware (the board's contact information is missing), constant apologies when there is a slight delay, and inquiries about the payment of the consideration share have been waiting for months. In addition, the consideration payments have already been mixed up twice and important documents have been sent to an outdated address. I give it two stars out of pity because everyone is friendly and other routine matters have previously been handled more or less on time.

Unprofessional electrician. 0/5 service. I would not recommend to anyone.

Isännöinti Vuorma manages the company in which I have a share in the stables. There is a building on the plot that only has shares in the stables. However, two families have lived in these stables for about five years. Since the stables are about five meters high, they have built a loft on top. These loft structures have reduced the building rights of the house by the corresponding amount of square meters. In addition, these residents have not paid the maintenance fee during this time. But one of them is still messing with everything. A couple of years ago I went to a general meeting for which I had prepared carefully and I announced in writing and announced the legal provisions enacted in Parliament. Also the articles of association. The meeting was attended only by these residents of the building and those who had built these additional premises. An official from Isännöinti Vuorma announced that the matter would be voted on, and the matter would be resolved. At that point I thought that they wanted to humiliate me and that the voting decision would overturn the laws enacted in the Finnish Parliament at this meeting. I left the meeting without hearing the voting decision. Now 25.02. 2019. At 18.00 a payment reminder knocked on the mailbox, which had 7 € collection costs added to the actual invoice amount of 21 € and the due date was 26.02. 2019. In addition, the payment terms column had 7 days and a notice period of 5 days. I remembered that I had paid the original invoice and found it paid on 06.02. 2019. And because I have informed all my invoicers that I always pay all invoices on the 5th or 6th of the month. The due date on the original invoice was 18.01. 2019. I complained about the bear letter I received and the inoperability of the ledger and at the same time stated that I was a professional in the debt collection industry. With over 12 years of experience as a Credit Manager in 9 branches and I reported my current debt collection agency. I received a response from Vuorma, claiming that my bill was over a month late and that they could have acted differently. That this is the kind of property manager. There is no humility there at all.
