The deals came at a difficult time, and despite a difficult property to sell. The information flowed well, but without the need to be "married" to a broker. I recommend it!
Both the sale of my own apartment and the purchase of a new one went really smoothly. Thanks to a professional and experienced broker, the process was completed without any problems or uncertainties at any stage. I will definitely use them in the future if the need arises to sell/buy an apartment.
Warning from the Regional State Administrative Agency (old bankrupt company) but the same person. I have the papers in black and white. Doesn't know the Housing Transactions Act, unless he has betrayed his knowledge. For example, he accepted a property manager's certificate from a person who is not a property manager, etc. Strong suspicion of fraud and intentional misrepresentation of the property. The good brother network in Oulu has been supportive, but in the end he messes up his affairs, as before. The worst real estate agent I have ever encountered.
Unprofessional service. During the apartment showing, the agent seemed really bored and rolled his eyes even though we were really friendly throughout the showing, despite the fact that he came late without notice and was rude. Communication is also really poor, if you don't respond to a message within ten minutes you will receive at least ten questions and exclamation points, each in a different message. I can't recommend the services of this company to anyone. We also asked during the showing if the apartment had a cooker hood and the answer was yes, of course there is. However, my boyfriend went into the kitchen afterwards and had looked at the pipe above the stove and there really wasn't a cooker hood, so it seemed like the agent wasn't really interested in finding out about the apartment before the showing. I personally feel that I received particularly poor service. I told the agent about my situation as a rental apartment applicant, and in response I got laughter and eye rolling, in which the agent was clearly trying to get my boyfriend involved, which we both found very strange and inappropriate.
