We put our apartment on Tervakukkatie in Rajakylä up for sale with Oulun Arvokiinteistöt / Marko Oranen acting as the broker. We made the sale over the phone because we do not live in Oulu. We had an initial discussion, which was very factual and constructive in terms of both the sale item and the asking price and sales commission. The process went smoothly in every way. Marko kept us well informed the whole time, we went through the offers together, and the final sales were made as a DIAS transaction, where Marko handled everything commendably.
