Hyb.invertterin kiireinen käyttööotto. Ei toiminut oikein.Kahden viikon kuluttua vaihdettu uusi tilalle. Asentajalla oli kova kiire. Ohjelmoiti jäi kesken . Laite ei toimi vieläkään oikein. Neuvonta puutteelusta. Käyttäjää ei opasteta. Ymmärtävätkö itsekkään laitteiden päälle????

(Not yet resolved as the installation is incomplete)<br>Papers to the electrical company not done properly<br>One of the components damaged on installation and not yet replaced after a month.<br>Customer service consists of empty promises with no action.<br>Initial billing done incorrectly before time with the wrong names. Further billing not done correctly either. But a friendly reminder to pay an unsent bill was timely.<br><br>I wish I had done the installation myself. I wonder how many customers do not even know that their system is installed incorrectly.<br>We are now paying an independent inspector to check the electrical safety and look for damage to our roof. This is by far the worst customer experience I have had ever, and certainly the most expensive.

Muuten kaikki meni hyvin mutta invertterin netti katkesi kuin leikaten eikä ole palannut . Vika kuulemma wifi kentässä , kaikki muut laitteet toimii invertterin vieressä vähintään kohtalaisella kentällä .

Kaupanteko ja asennusvaihe meni sujuvasti. Asennuksen jälkeen oli kesällä ongelmia maalämpöpumpun kanssa. Keskuksen päässä laukoi sulaketta, joka pysäytti pumpun muutaman kerran.
Hyvin toimii
Asennus sujui mahtavasti ja perehdytys laitteistoon oli perusteellista. Ahkeria asentajia ja kohteliaita. Työ tehtiin täsmällisesti sovittuna ajankohtana. Materiaalitoimitus tuli etukäteen tontille ja oli tilatun mukainen.
