Hyb.inverter's hurried commissioning. Didn't work properly. After two weeks, replaced with a new one. The installer was in a hurry. The programming was left unfinished. The device still doesn't work properly. Advice about the defect. The user is not guided. Do they understand the selfishness of the devices????
Expert salesmen Great looking solar panels. Incomplete and damaged deliveries Poor initial installation (fixed immediately). Customer service consists of empty promises with no action. Initial billing done incorrectly before time with the wrong names. Further billing not done correctly either. But a friendly reminder to pay an unsent bill was timely. I wish I had done the installation myself. I wonder how many customers do not even know that their system is installed incorrectly. We are now paying an independent inspector to check the electrical safety and look for damage to our roof. This is by far the worst customer experience I have had ever, and certainly the most expensive.
The installers arrived a day before the agreed time. The installation went quickly, but all the installation marks and waste were left uncleaned and spread all over the yard. The work looked really untidy after the installation. The professional installation itself was clearly disturbed by the rush to the next job site. Due to the change in the installation time and the installers' rush, the system orientation and user manual were practically not done.
The solar panels, installation materials and inverter arrived in time for the yard a few days before the installers arrived. The installers Ere and Verneri did a good and high-quality job quickly. The commissioning inspection and acceptance report was completed at the end of the day, so that after this, Oulun Energia and Oomi also approved our property (solar panels) as a production customer within a couple of days. I also received instructions on how to use the Shine Phone mobile phone application. This way I can easily monitor the solar energy production from the roof remotely. During the cloudy week, the production has been about 50 kWh/week, which I consider reasonable. Is it still possible to get the GROWATT inverter user manual in Finnish? Thank you!
The delivery and installation was done very professionally and fast. the installing electrician was kind enough to explain the usage and instructions in English. Highly recommend this company. i have 18 panels installed and they are working well, looking forward to healthy electricity production in summer, for this panels the spring sun is producing close to 40KwH per day.
