Good service and competent installation left a professional impression.
The installation of the stove with the Vilp is still in the yard 4 months after the job... The proper stone nests were not done and for example the pipe from the boiler room could have been pulled through the wall to the sauna well. And the pit dug in 5 minutes out of the wall of the house acts as a stone nest where the stove stone box + the melt water pipe goes 5cm below the ground without any frost protection. The state supported this for 3k now but the work was not done for this 3k now the company would be more than willing to pay for the materials to finish the job.. You still have to finish it yourself, they say they won't offer any more help, the price for this was 16k in the end.. it's a big disappointment. Luckily they came to repair the pipes from the boiler room as they couldn't open the sauna panel after the installation, the buffer tank pipe was in front of the sauna panel 😆luckily you can't just laugh at this..

The installation day could also be chosen to suit. Messages were answered without delay, even during the holidays, and they called often. Everything gave the impression that they are a reliable supplier and the installers are professional. I can recommend them.
