Nice "old-fashioned" place, good service that takes into account the customer's needs.

It was a great service! I had a broken vacuum cleaner plug, it was actually fixed in a day or two and now that I've been using the vacuum cleaner for a couple of months it has worked! The price wasn't bad and the quality was really good. Thank you very much, I definitely recommend it! After reading other reviews I also want to mention that I received really good customer service, the man who fixed my vacuum cleaner seemed really nice, quiet in places but was really professional and nice. I also called there before I came to pick up the vacuum cleaner, God knows why, but it's good that I called because apparently he was leaving work due to illness, but he still agreed to wait 25 minutes for me to get there even though he really didn't need to and I would have understood, but I'm still grateful for it

Never order anything from here! The most special customer service I have ever encountered. I called them to say that the drum of my €400 washing machine was making a rattling noise when spinning and they said that the drum bearing was probably broken, which I also suspected. The customer service representative, fed up with his life, said that they would come to fix it on the agreed day and that was how it was agreed. Well... Then a maintenance man came and was at the washing machine for 5 minutes and said that it was broken and the repair would cost €300-400. In the first call, no prices were mentioned for their service and it would have been nice to know in advance that the repair would cost that much so I wouldn't have even had to come. However, after those 5 minutes, a bill of €110 came and I called them to ask if they really dare to issue such a bill and only come on site to diagnose the same fault that was already discussed on the phone. Then the gentleman on the phone asked if I was doing some office work when I couldn't appreciate the quality work they did. I asked if it was quality work to make money off customers by making unnecessary visits and then send them a huge bill for it? After that, he also scolded all the competing companies and their pricing, saying they were twice as expensive. I have never met worse customer service anywhere, scolding a paying customer and denying everything on the phone and only blaming the customer for their own mistakes!

Very knowledgeable service regarding home appliances. I will continue to buy home appliance service from here.

Aivan mahtavat ja osaava palvelu. Kylmiöpakastin alkoi hälyyttävästi lämmetä heinkuun helteillä. Olin tilannut huoltomiehen kilpailevasta yrityksestä, parin päivän kuluttua tuli mies, kertoi vian ( jonka itse olin jo puhelimessa selittänyt), sanoi palaavansa asiaan. Ja kyllä palasikin laskun muodossa 150 € käynnistä. Kului viikko mitään ei kuulunut. Käämit paloi minulta. Soitin Amurin Sähköpajaan. Apu tuli tunnin kuluttua ja seuraavan tunnin jälkeen homma oli maslissa
