So far, after a week and a half of renovations, the renovation man has been working for a maximum of five hours a day and yesterday he didn't come at all, which he announced at four in the afternoon. Several days he comes for a couple of hours, leaves the doors and radio open and comes back a few hours later to close them. The company manager doesn't answer the phone and won't call back for a few days. And from what he said, I got the impression that several of their employees would be doing the work, so this guy is some kind of subcontractor. I don't recommend it.

They use unskilled carpenters, the tiling work is ok. Small details are poor, for example the silicone joints were very poor. They did it again 3 times and there was no improvement. The foreman is arrogant and belittling. I do not recommend this to anyone and will choose another company in the future.

We renovated the sauna and bathroom in the downstairs premises of the frontline house. The renovation was very thorough, meaning the floors with basic casting, insulation and casting were completely renewed. The seller was very professional and nice and knew the solutions and technology very well from his experience. The tasks to be done were listed in the to-do list very individually, meaning what belongs to the supplier and what belongs to the customer (this was a very good thing so that during the project we didn't have to think about those things). The cost of the project remained in accordance with the agreement and the schedule as well. The quality of the work and finishing and the end result are and were top class. The people who did the work and the supervisor were top professionals and nice. The materials used in the work were of good quality and the execution of the work was top quality in every detail. A very reliable supplier and competitive.

Kylpy Mestarit did a complete renovation of our bathroom and sauna for us, and the job went flawlessly. There was plenty of time for shopping and planning, and during that time they came up with a couple of great ideas that we wouldn't have come up with on our own. Our special requests regarding the addition of a toilet were also well received. The renovation went even a little faster than originally estimated, and the result of the work is of high quality throughout. Not necessarily the cheapest option, but the turnkey delivery and quality met expectations!
