The work itself went smoothly: the result of the work was good and the schedules were kept. If I had to judge only on the basis of the work, I could give it 5/5. Unfortunately, there was a terrible mix-up in the invoicing: the work phases originally agreed as a contract were invoiced in hourly work. There was also quite a bit of work in the invoices that should not have been included. After several calls and emails, the invoicing was somehow corrected. The offer was nicely detailed step by step. However, it is worth being careful with the content here. For example, in my case, the object was calculated on top of the old floor screed, even though the structural drawing from KPH was attached to the request for quotation. The object was a plywood + OSB board base made on top of a wooden frame. I noticed in the offer specification that “concrete cleaning supplies” were an additional item and I pointed this out to the seller. The seller removed this line, but at the same time he should have understood that the calculated screed mass would not be enough for the object. As a layman, I myself could not evaluate this. As a result, the floor casting required 40 bags instead of 15. The customer was not offered any compensation for this calculation error, and the additional materials and work were charged in full.
Really satisfied! The bathroom/WC and toilet renovation went very well. The quality of work was excellent and everything went smoothly and flexibly. Even the budget was kept.
They installed the kitchen cabinets crookedly and refused to admit or fix their mistakes. It's not worth fighting with them. They don't answer calls or messages when things go wrong.
Priimatyö dismantled the parquet floor in the entire apartment and installed new parquet. The parquet was replaced with floor tiles in the kitchen and hallway. In addition, the silicone joints were replaced in the bathroom and sauna. My schedule was tight and Priimatyö handled the work faster than estimated but still really cleanly. I thought the good thing about the service was the clear pricing of the work stages, the clean finish and despite my busy schedule, they did not promise too much, but also reserved time for surprises. The final result is 5/5 and a week ahead of schedule. I recommend Priimatyö!
