Actually, I saw a company representative saying that you can't park because of the relocation notice in the adjacent parking lot, but the relocation notice didn't start until many hours later, meaning parking was fine (it happened several years ago). A possible reason for this might be that someone hasn't followed it and the parking lot couldn't be plowed, etc., but then the message should get through to those who don't follow it and to those who know how to follow it.
It's hard to give five stars these days when the price is so low, but I'll give it anyway. The transaction went smoothly and professionally. The best part, however, was the seller's attitude towards selling a slightly older, slightly worn, but perfectly decent home.
