Storage compartments dirty, no soap in showers, bidet hoses in women's toilets covered in a thick layer of limescale. Hand paper removed and replaced with an unhygienic, cold-air circulating fan that doesn't dry hands. Toilet paper replaced with really poor quality, which shreds onto the floor when you dry your hands on it, and which is also constantly out of stock. Removing hand paper and replacing toilet paper, as well as its constant running out, makes it much more difficult to function in the toilet, at least as a woman. Customers are also instructed to get more themselves. Which is not possible when you are already in the toilet and need that paper. I have given feedback to management (four men) about these issues many times, both verbally and in writing, with very detailed reasons, including from a woman's perspective, but they are not interested, due to management's lack of responsiveness, no discussion has been initiated on the matter, and no changes have been made. Customer satisfaction is irrelevant and feedback is not constructively received, but customers are indifferently instructed to change salons if they are not satisfied. In addition, inappropriate, disparaging videos are made on the company's Instagram account with customer questions (some of which have already been deleted). If you want a safe, bullying-free, customer-friendly, clean salon with the possibility of hygiene, and where customer service works and is professional, and where you feel welcome, this is not a place worth paying to get into. You are more likely to get Mentula to accept your Facebook friend request than Karsa to give you a happy, customer-service-like hello with a smile.
Excellently equipped and spacious gym. Although it is sometimes crowded, you don't have to wait long, if at all. The music is too loud and some rooms are too dark. I understand that this is Loaded's business idea of "our gym, our rules". Therefore, this is not my main training place.
Absolutely great place! There is a lot to choose from in the monthly cards. I bought a 44€/uncrowded card, which means access from 8pm to 2pm. The atmosphere in the gym is such that the workout doesn't get boring. Music 10+. There is equipment for every level and you don't have to queue much. Everyone is really friendly, including the trainers ❤️ It was easy to join as a new member. Strong recommendation! It's worth trying!
Best in the business/country
The absolute number 1 gym in town, especially for the more serious lifter types. Top notch equipment and free parking available for cars which is a big plus.
