I booked Tyozy after comparing a few moving companies, and I'm glad I did. Before the moving day, they clearly explained how everything would work, which gave me confidence that there wouldn't be any surprises. On the day itself, the team arrived as scheduled, had a quick look around the apartment, and immediately started planning the best way to move everything out. What stood out to me was how organized they were. They loaded the larger furniture first, filled the remaining space with boxes and smaller items, and made sure everything was secured before leaving. Nothing felt rushed or careless. When we reached the new apartment, they didn't simply unload the van and leave. They asked where each piece of furniture belonged and carried everything directly into the right rooms. They also helped put my bed and dining table back together, which saved me a lot of time and effort. The move finished faster than I expected, and everything arrived in the same condition it left. There were no hidden charges, no last-minute excuses, and no stress. Overall, we had a very good experience. We managed to get a booking with only 3 hours’ notice on a Saturday, which felt almost miraculous. The tenant had left the apartment in very poor condition, and Tyozy’s quick response and availability really saved the situation. The cleaning could have been a bit more detailed and thorough, but considering the short notice and the condition of the apartment, we were happy with the result and appreciated the help.

The service was incredibly fast, and the customer service was excellent! The driver was also exceptionally friendly and professional, please pass my compliments on to him. I had a very urgent meeting with a seller from Tori, and when I called the service, they were extremely helpful. They went above to assist me and even gave me a ride for free. I truly appreciate their kindness and flexibility. Best service I’ve ever experienced :)
