Replacing the geothermal heat pump with a new one. A snappy job! Competent and friendly work, neatly executed!
Really proper and fast service. The replacement of the ground source heat pump for the broken one was done quickly and I was kept up to date with the progress of the renovation and its costs. The result of the work was impeccable and at the end I received a very comprehensive instruction on how to use the device and answers to all the questions I had about my own heating and hot water system.
Thorough and high-quality work. Careful planning, implementation, instructions and final cleaning. We are satisfied! The heating system in an old detached house was renewed. Mitsubishi Air Water Heating replaced the oil.
Installation of air-to-water heat pump and air conditioner a few years ago. Now maintenance. Everything went according to schedule both before and now, professional and professional installers. Good price-quality ratio. I recommend.
HMK Talotekniikka renewed our approximately 50-year-old radiator network. Everything was done as a surface route, the same routes as the old routes were - but now instead of iron, German copper pipes and parts were used, as well as radiators compatible with geothermal heat. And we have absolutely fantastic pipe routes! I get to admire them every day. :-) During the work, it was also noticed that what was the easiest solution for the person doing it, is also the most functional and beautiful. At the same time, the pipes on the service water side were straightened and an old, galvanized bend on the supply water pipe, which was completely rusted, was renewed. A picture of the bend is attached, if anyone wants to see and compare, for example, whether there is a pipe part in their own home that needs replacing. Similar pipe parts have been used at least as far back as the 70s (so-called gray iron pipe). In terms of the work, everything worked and went according to the agreement; schedule, supplies, advice, cleaning, information and friendliness. Thanks to everyone involved at HMK, especially Paavo, who made the project run smoothly for us from start to finish. I would highly recommend him.
