We had a Toshiba multisplit solution installed on a 2-storey property with two indoor units and we are more than satisfied. I asked for a quote from four different operators and Puttwelho was the only one who asked to visit the site so that the basic information for the quote would be as good as possible. Customer service and professionalism were evident from the first phone call. During the inspection, they actively sought the best possible solution for the placement and piping of the indoor units. This is where they ended up with an excellent and truly unnoticeable result, which saved a lot of unnecessary piping on the building's outer shell. They also absolutely wanted to do the wiring permanently from the measurement center on the outer wall, while other operators would have basically taken the power from the center's socket. The result of the installation work, even to the most meticulous individual, was flawless and very clean. All traces were cleaned up first-class - no dust, no crumbs, not a single piece of wire anywhere. Thanks again to the nice guys at Putkiwelho and strong recommendations from here!

The installation of the air source heat pump in our wooden apartment building did not go as promised. The installation was supposed to take 6-8 hours, but the installers were in our apartment for almost 12 hours, they did not leave until after 9 pm. This was not pleasant for a family with a baby. At around 7 pm, the installer announced that there was a problem with the condensation water tank and that a colleague would come to look at it. Of course, I assumed that the colleague would come the next day so that we could have a peaceful evening with the baby. A moment later, the installer announced that his colleague would be there in 10 minutes. The unit's resonance problem was only discovered when the machine was turned on for the first time at around 8 pm, and of course at that point it was logical to let the installers find out if there was a fault with the strange sound. The installers did not protect the furniture and did nothing but clean up their tracks. There were piles of wood chips. On top of that, the installed unit was also defective, and we waited 2 months for it to be repaired. No time was agreed in advance for the repair, but the installer always called to ask "is it okay to come tomorrow?" During the summer vacation, we were not always at home with such short notice. The invoice for the _defective_ product was sent the next day. Of course, we did not accept it, but made a complaint. We understand the noise and dust of the installation, as well as the device error that was not caused by the installers. We are dissatisfied with how the company sent the invoice before the work was finished and, for example, did not change the invoice on our own initiative after our first complaint, but after the repair they said that "you can pay with the same invoice". We received €50 off the invoice as compensation for all this, when we ourselves still demanded a refund. Edit: Clarified after the company representative's response.

The installation team was very professional and friendly. They gave good advice and explained everything in a way that was understandable. The work was done with great care and I am very happy with the end result. The price was reasonable compared to the service and quality provided. They not only installed the air source heat pumps, but also provided operating tips, which was very much appreciated.
