Extremely bad real estate agency. I will never again be interested in Roma's properties or choose to sell mine. Never! I would have given zero stars if it had been possible. The housing transactions were postponed a couple of times due to the broker's mistakes. I lost sleep at night and my blood pressure was high, I was about to become homeless after the rental apartment was terminated and the transactions were postponed. Fortunately, many friends, acquaintances and relatives have helped to bear the burden. Not once did the Roma broker apologize for his incorrect actions or, in the end, Rome even took responsibility for the mistake. Incomprehensible and particularly offensive behavior! In the end, the broker did not participate in the transactions and they were completed. If I had not really wanted the apartment, I would have abandoned the transactions due to Roma's classless poor performance. Although the statement "avoid this company" is a cliché, now it is true!

I had agreed to watch the rental apartment on the screen. They promised to send the rental agreement to my email. They also promised to be on the screen at 10 am. Neither promise was fulfilled. I called and was not answered. I left a message and was not answered. No contact has been made. Terrible presentation. Avoid!!!
