I was promised a free 15-minute initial meeting. I didn't look at the clock and assumed I would be told if the time was a problem. Then, several months later, I unexpectedly received a bill for the meeting. When I complained about it, I was told that I should have understood that you don't talk to lawyers for free. So I really can't recommend the company and I felt I was treated rudely.
