5/5 for a house painting job from start to finish. We found the Luistepinna website via a Google search, we had no previous experience with the company. We were immediately impressed by the clear, functional and modern website, through which my husband made a request for a quote. The request was answered the very next day and within a week a company representative visited us on site to survey the site and make a quote (this for free). At this point we also gave the representative the details of the paintwork in our house. The quote was reviewed on the representative's computer and we received it immediately in our email. The quote was clear, no hidden costs, no surprises (the website's own price calculator is accurate), and a fixed price for the job with household deductions already calculated. We thought the price was very competitive and we felt that it was completely pointless to ask any other company for a quote for the job, so we accepted the quote the same evening. The initial estimate for the start of the work was given at the beginning of July, the estimated duration of the project was one week, and these estimates were kept. The company set up a Whatsapp group, which included us, the customers, the company representatives, and the painters. We would not have had to be at home during the painting project, but the work would have gone well even without our presence, as long as water and electricity were available. It was easy to send messages to the painters through the group, and answers to questions were received very quickly. I appreciate this very much, because such a project is a big financial commitment for anyone and therefore also exciting and scary. The first of its kind for me. I received factual answers to all my "stupid" questions and this also gave me peace of mind. On the first day, the house was cleaned of mold and after that, the painting project gradually started, the rain interrupted work for a day, and then on the second day, the house was already painted. The painters worked efficiently and worked long hours. At the end of the painting, we, the customers and the painters, went through the house, approved the end result and the work done. We were allowed to keep the remaining paint (not mandatory). The work has a three-year warranty. Before sending the invoice, the company representative called my husband and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the end result, after we told him that we were, only after this was the invoice sent by email. The painting project of the detached house took two days, our yard was constantly clean and safe, the result and quality of the work 5/5, the paints used were the same as the ones our house was originally painted with, the painters were happy, hardworking and very professional. The house is now like new. I can't help but praise and recommend it! If we had known that a house painting project could be this smooth, we would have done this much earlier. We will continue to be customers of Loistepinna in the future. Thank you!
