The plumbers are real professionals and really good at customer service, but the maintenance man Korhonen is a very obnoxious individual. He can't get anything done/leaves things to others, and I wonder if it was he who smelled very strongly of stale cigarette smoke when he visited us once. Apart from this one maintenance man, the job has always worked flawlessly and we have been satisfied :) the customer service number has also always responded to our requests promptly and properly!
Friendly staff.
A bit difficult to find as there are not many signs to the place, it can be difficult for someone from out of town to figure out the company's premises. Once you get there and everything is taken care of, dealing with the company is very smooth. And if you need services later, it is done at a reasonable price.
Efficient janitorial service.
Good luck to Lännen Kiinteistöpalvelut Oy. The laundry room should be accessible Mon-Fri from 8:00 to 21:00. The doors close at 19:40. However, the person on duty tells me that I should pay a door opening fee if I want the laundry out of the washing machine today. Let it be there. If it goes to waste, they will file a claim for compensation, even if it doesn't help anything. I have been waiting for the oven for three months now.
