It has been rapidly going downhill for years. A money-making machine that has no interest in the well-being of its tenants.
The apartment was quickly and flexibly delivered. The apartment was well renovated and cleaned. The rental team was friendly, even though they were very busy and people were away. But unfortunately the yard maintenance and cleaning is non-existent. I don't know if it's the fault of the payer or the contractor. The yard lights are dark and there's a meter of snow on the garbage can lids... But you rarely get good things for cheap. The rent is also cheap in the area, but then you shouldn't demand too much. I compare prices quite a lot. TVA and VTS seem to be quite good in terms of price-quality ratio. TVA's fault report is difficult, when a hundred different pages come up in the search that lead nowhere. At this point, I wish the maintenance company had been around for a longer time and was more agile.
Lived in TVA apartments for about 8.5 years. I recommend it. Especially in Lentävänniemi, west Tampere, when I was 7 years old. Toivonkatu is a slightly more colorful area, but the apartments themselves are nice in terms of surface design. However, the protected areas should be maintained a little. Of course, these are old wooden houses, although as mentioned earlier, they are a concrete element apartment building built at the turn of the 65-70s.
I'm moving to another city. TVA started sending the next tenant's mail 2 months before moving in and I have to act as a postman. They come to do things in the apartment with a day's notice, even though the move has been known for 2 months. They just laugh when you try to agree on suitable days. I don't recommend it!
