I bought a property that was sold as a demolition site and after the sale I commissioned Jesse Hietanen from Kuntotek to assess whether the cottage was rotten or possibly salvageable. The condition inspection was surprising and the property, which had been dilapidated on the outside, had remained structurally in surprisingly good condition. Jesse also gave good insights and tips for renovation and the condition inspection report gave me a good checklist for things that needed repair. It saved a lot of time and money as I didn't have to start building a new house. A particular plus was that during the inspection Jesse always explained in detail what he was investigating, why and what the findings meant.
