Do not deal with this company! Everything is extremely poorly organized. They force you to use the Kodia app, which doesn’t function properly. I was issued an incorrect invoice, and no one made any effort to resolve it. My calls and emails were ignored. And when they were eventually read, my words were misinterpreted, twisted, and handled in an unprofessional way. Now they’ll probably respond saying how sorry they are that I feel this way—but that will be a complete lie. I was in contact with several people from this company, and not a single one even tried to understand what I was saying. I strongly recommend choosing a different real estate agency—this one should be avoided.

Be very careful with them, especially if you are a foreigner. They will not return your safety deposit. In my case they decided to keep almost 2k EUR because they “did not fully like the cleaning work that was provided”.

It was a very nice rental process with Asuntopehtoori and, especially, with Veeti Tupitsa's help. The rental agreement came fast, Veeti answered to my questions scrupulously and accurately, the process was clear. Thanks for the help with a rent!
