If you want to actually sell cottages i suggest actually arrangeing to show them to potential buyers. I had a time booked to go view a cottage and it was cancelled by the realestate agent only a few hrs before the viewing. When I messaged the agent back to query about a new time to view the cottage, he never answered me. This was over 10 days ago.<br>Anyway we bought another cottage through a real estate agent that was intrested in showing me the property that we ended up buying. So all ended well for us but as a seller I wouldnt be happy if I knew that the property that we are selling is not being shown to potential serious buyers.<br>Left me with a very unprofessional impression about your company.

Heli Jussilan asuntoesittelyyn kannattaa ottaa valoroikka mukaan.<br>Muuten jää kylpyhuoneen homeet ym. näkemättä.<br>Ainoa toimiva valonlähde esittelyssä oli keittiökaappien valot.<br>Välittäjä itsekään ei nähnyt juuri mitään, kun esitteli mäntylattioita tammena.<br>Ja puhutaan laatuvälityksestä....
Välittäjä ei ollut kiinnostunut yhtään esittelemään asuntoa eikä ollut kiinnostunut ottamaan yhteystietojani, kun yritin kertoa, millanen asunto on kiikarissa. Seisoskeli vaan ja oli kännykällä.
