I would not recommend Yh-koti to anyone. Customer service does not work smoothly and they respond in an outrageous tone when you try to do business by phone. Rents just go up every year and it really does not reflect the quality of the rental apartment. I have had to file a disturbance report several times about neighbors who do not adhere to the rules of the rental agreement. And that is 3 years of having to suffer from noise at night. Drug addicts and drunks smoke inside and open drug dealing is visibly taking place in the backyard. Yh-koti clearly is not interested in anything other than the safe rent money from Kela. The shitty rental apartment company…
The property manager can never be caught, smoking and drunk neighbors are allowed to roam around and nothing is done, and the rents just keep going up and the apartments remain at a poor level, meaning the condition of the apartments does not match the rent level! They blame and charge the resident even though the furniture is already old and broken!!
BEWARE OF THIS LANDLORD!! Relations with SDP, which causes the following: Our apartment has had an indoor air problem for several years, which makes it difficult to breathe. The landlord just says: "this does not belong to us". And this is just one of many problems. We are moving out and I would not wish this on my worst enemy. In addition, the rent has been increased by about 100€/2 years. Avoid shared homes!
Having lived here for a little over 32 years, I am extremely satisfied and grateful for my apartment. Contact with customer service has been 100 percent. I can also recommend right-of-occupancy apartments to others. No room for complaint!
