The old leaking roof was quickly assessed (a few other assessors came to the same diagnosis). During the negotiations, we received a competitive offer. The roof renovation was clearly explained to us in terms of technology, duration and future surprises. Twice in fact. The target was a more than 100-year-old masard roof, on which a vaulted skylight was built. There were a few surprises from the old roof, the repair estimate came on the same day. Additional work had been discussed and the price was reasonable. The end result was excellent and, above all, durable. Communication was fast and modern. For example, when we were away, we were able to follow the progress via the WhatsApp group in the form of pictures, which came every day.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE MISERABLE SELLER! Even worse, almost bordering on aggressive, door-to-door sales. They almost force their way in despite the ban. NO YES NO!
