Nyt tama on Mino Kauppa. Now it's a tailor and handcraft shop. A really good one as the sewist is a very nice lady. She speaks English and some Finnish. This shop sells pretty handcrafted bags, moslem clothes and some home decorations items.

I called the number, they don't answer, they ask me to call a paid number and then they would answer. It would cost several tens of euros just to answer. I'm not at all surprised that it's only open for a couple of hours. Really avoid.

Doesn't even deserve one star. I took the device in mid-August 2018 to have it examined to see what was wrong and we agreed that nothing would be done without agreeing on the next steps. I was promised a text message when the matter was investigated. Nothing was heard. I went to the village at the turn of August-September, the machine was somewhere "at another point"? I was promised to report it again. I took a letter from the mailbox in early November that I would pick up the machine, no need to do anything. Then I got a text message a couple of days later that the machine was available for pickup with the backed up data. I hadn't given permission. I went to visit and they promised to transfer the copied data to an external drive they had purchased and let me know when the job was done. I didn't hear anything and so I went and picked up the machine on February 4, 2019. Price €40. It's easy to get frustrated but nothing happens, just one explanation after another.

Here we are now, waiting for an estimate for the TV repair for the fourth week, it was supposed to take about a week to get an estimate. Called twice a week, each time promised to either provide an estimate the same day or the next day at the latest OR at least take action and get back to us soon. Haven't heard anything yet, but have had to call again myself. So something really rotten is going on here, either they are in such a hurry and things are poorly organized that they can't keep up, or they are just indifferent. I'm guessing the former. However, you shouldn't promise anything if you can't keep up with these talks. I had a good feeling when I took the TV away, but now it's starting to weigh quite heavily on the scales that we've been without the device for almost a month and nothing has even been done to it yet!
