Really poor service. I sent detailed information about the washing machine + the fault and asked for a price estimate for the repair. They didn't even bother to respond. Never use this company's services.
Removal of old appliances and installation of new ones (induction hob, separate oven, washing machine). In addition, a little separate work with the electrical connection of the oven. Excellent and impeccable customer service! I recommend!
Our 5-year-old dishwasher was making a noise, and we thought the problem was related to the water pressure. The shop came to the scene, made a diagnosis, and suggested replacing one of the parts with a new one. A week later, the part had arrived and been installed. Now, after 4 months of smooth dishwasher use, I can already say that a good job was done and it was worth it. I think the price was appropriate.
My +5 year old Whirlpool washing machine started to jump and jolt when spinning, and wet laundry didn't always dry properly. Putting a vibration mat under the machine that I bought didn't help the problem, and I didn't know how to do anything else myself. I was already prepared to buy a new washing machine, but I decided to see if I could still do something to the washing machine in the post-corona spring financial crisis. I called the friendly and hard-working Toivanen and he came in less than a week, repaired the lower stand of the washing machine at a good price, and said that this machine will last a long time. The machine works like new again, 5/5 stars!
The dishwasher broke down at home and kept making noise even though it was off. I was starting to get stressed out that there was nothing else to do but wash dishes and that fixing it or buying a new one would cost me a lot of money again. I called Toivanen, who listened to the description of the problem, asked for the make of the machine and then gave me a tip that got the machine working again. Water had gotten into the wrong place (due to turning off the program in the middle) and the problem was solved by gently tilting the machine. I was prepared to spend a lot of money on repairs or a new machine and do dishes for many days, but calling Toivanen solved the problem with much less effort. Thanks Toivanen, you rock. Honest, fair and professional attitude, 6/5. I wish there were more Toivanens in the world.
