Tiia planned a kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation and also a renovation of the storage spaces for my cottage. The result was absolutely brilliant and in keeping with the look of the cottage. I spent half the summer admiring the new kitchen! Communication throughout the planning phase and throughout the project was seamless I later asked if she would manage the apartment rentals by any chance and that was handled nicely too. The apartment was probably only on the market for 1-2 weeks until the perfect tenant was found. Top service and skill in all areas from start to finish! I highly recommend!
Tiia designed the tiles and interior design of the bathrooms and utility rooms in our house, as well as the wall colors of other rooms. The bathrooms became the most beautiful and successful part of our home. The bathroom/spa rooms look timeless and valuable, and they are also really easy to keep clean and fresh. The wall colors in the rest of the house were also successful. The value of the house is significantly higher than before the renovation because of the bathrooms. Tiia also suggested a tile pattern for the kitchen, but we ended up with another one, which was a bit disappointing in hindsight. Really successful choices that fit perfectly with the style of our house 🥰
Tiia was involved in designing our Loviisa housing fair venue and she was truly skilled at her job! What a visionary and doer, but at the same time she also understood the challenges of practicality and budget. I highly recommend Tiia for any project!
We did a major renovation to our home. We got really good suggestions for tiles, wallpaper and flooring materials. Without their advice and help, the renovation would have been much more challenging.
