We had our dishwasher installed a while ago and ran into a tricky issue finding the right extension cord (sounds simple but it’s actually a nightmare). As a foreigner living in Finland it was hard to communicate the problem let alone finding the solution. The technician (I think his name was Tommi) gave us the most helpful advice on how/where/whom to contact to get the necessary parts and provided excellent service with the installation. You rarely get this level of personal help from big corporate service providers. 10/10 service.
