The thorough redesign and construction project of the bathroom and sauna was initially a bit nerve-wracking for us first-timers. However, we were in good hands from start to finish. The owner Markku was involved as a project manager the whole time, ensuring that the project was completed according to our wishes, on time and at exactly the price initially estimated. Of course, we were also lucky in that no major structural problems were revealed in the old bathroom. However, we did encounter a couple of smaller challenges, but these were resolved quickly and without blowing the budget. We are now very satisfied with the bathroom's renewed look and practicality. Thank you, Markku and the entire team, from demolition and installation to electricians and plumbers!
We are more than satisfied with the recently completed sauna renovation. The result of the work is excellent and of high quality. Our own ideas were implemented and we got some good additional ideas that we would not have thought of ourselves. Very good and friendly service from both the owners and the renovation men. We highly recommend.
Nemo did a toilet renovation for us in 2023 and a bathroom/sauna in 2024. The renovations went without any surprises and on a really fast schedule. The result is good and the repair team is friendly. They tried to find solutions that met the customer's wishes, even a little on the fly. We are satisfied!
After accepting the offer for the sauna renovation, we had to wait weeks for delivery, and we didn't even get an estimate or a schedule. When the installation finally started, we had to be ready to respond to messages quickly and change our own schedules depending on whether the worker was free the next day or not. On the positive side, the contractor was flexible with the materials. The sauna stool was wobbly and they refused to repair it after the contract was paid. However, the contract was completed, except for the wobbly stool.
A big thank you to #NemoKylpyhuoneremontit for the excellent service and implementation of the renovation. The project was implemented on a turnkey basis. Hiring a contractor was stressful at first, but we were positively surprised by how smoothly the cooperation went and how even a few ad hoc wishes were nicely taken into account during the project. The end result is better than we could have expected.
