Top-notch professional, we got the deal done in a couple of weeks. Professional and very fast. Thanks again!
Easy and fast communication. Everything went as planned and on time. Broker Toni Lindlöf saw the transaction through to completion. I recommend him to those who like to do their own viewings and want to save money.
Before using this service, we have been trying to sell our apartment for a very long time with different agency together with high comission but it did not help at all. Then Koti vaihtoon LKV oy came suddenly as we found accidently in facebook and would like to try with no hope as we have been trying to sell it for a long time and we are already tired of selling. Now our apartment is sold out by Koti Vaihtoon LKV within 1 month, with low cost and very good service. Heli has done a b brilliant work in the phase of negotiation prices and all of the issues related to the apartment. I would give her 10 stars . Highly recommend to everyone! Monica T.
The sale of the apartment in an apartment building went very quickly, reliably and at the price I wanted. The agent Heli Kokkola kept in active contact with both the seller and the prospective buyers and was helpful with even the most complicated questions. Absolutely the best real estate agent. The apartment transactions went smoothly without stress when I knew that I could trust the agent and the process.
We were able to sell our townhouse quickly and with a reasonable brokerage fee. The broker Heli Kokkola was a very nice and knowledgeable person and he served us professionally, he kept in touch with us constantly, telling us what the situation was at any given moment. I can recommend him and Koti Vaihtoon LKV wholeheartedly.
