The IV machine repair takes an absurdly long time because the first visit doesn't know how to make a correct diagnosis. If you have to pay out of pocket, or want a quick operation, I don't recommend this company's services. It will be expensive and requires a lot of nerves. Two stars because in the end the job was done right.

They charge for work they can't do because the installer doesn't know how to follow the power cables. Another electrical company found the fault and fixed it in ten minutes. I will use another company in the future! I do not recommend Nykysähkö to anyone who has a house that is 20 years or older or wants to be billed €500 to come and say ''too bad, but you should tear down half the wall'' when the fault was found on the other side of the house. Absolutely ridiculously bad customer service!

Rude customer service and they charged extra hours. There was no mention in advance that two people would be there and they first tried to charge this other person's hours, which were not originally included in the estimate. When I pointed this out, the reason for the extra hours changed to the fact that they had to go to Bauhaus to pick up the goods. This picking up of the goods had already been agreed in advance, and it should not have increased the number of hours because it was already included in the estimate. The lamps were also installed a little incorrectly, so I had to call the installer back. At first, this was not mentioned at all in the invoice, but when I complained about the hours, this was included as a reason. So all in all, the hourly breakdown on the invoice was very unclear and the reasons for charging extra hours changed as the discussion went on. In the end, the reason was that "according to the law, you can charge 15% extra". I cannot recommend it to anyone. The internet cable had also been plugged back in incorrectly (fortunately, this was easy to fix myself once the problem was fixed).

I ordered an electrician from Nyvääläkä to do some small electrical work at an hourly rate. I wanted to replace the light switches and sockets, install a couple of new sockets, and one LED light in the kitchen. At the same time, I installed a new cooker hood and oven. The cooker hood is not pulling air, I suspect it is installed incorrectly, it should also control the ceiling fan, but the air in the apartment is heavy, so it is not working optimally at all. The invoice came to over €2,000, which had been put in for considerably more hours than actually used. The installer left "on business" in the middle of the day and in reality only spent about half of the time invoiced for the work. The first visit was, among other things, just an estimate visit, for which they had invoiced 2 hours and a car payment, for the first actual working day they had invoiced 8 hours, even though it was about 6 hours and part of that time on "business". The second day was a total of 6 hours, even though I left for work after 2 hours and there was only one outlet left to install. (I left for work at the same time I left for work, so I don't know exactly when I got back, but 4 hours to install one outlet sounds like a lot of work) I can't get a proper answer to my questions about the bill. I don't recommend this company to anyone!!

We ended up changing electrical installation companies because we couldn't get an electrician to the site we ordered at the agreed time despite two attempts. We had agreed on a start time for the work and that the installer would be met at an empty site. At the agreed time, no one arrived and no cancellation was announced. We had to call back ourselves, whereupon we were told that the installer had fallen ill. We agreed on a new time to start the work a few days later and again the installer was met at the site at the agreed time and again the installer failed to arrive and did not announce the cancellation. When we inquired, the installer said that he was unable to come due to a contract extension for another site. However, he was going to suggest moving the installation to the next day. When we told him that it didn't suit us, the installer also stated that he probably wouldn't have made it then. Bad service.
