I had one of the best experience during renovation time with novafloor. I am not really sure why they have such rate in Vantaa. I think it is not fair. Quick and great work of the sales team. They help really well. We ordered samples and then made the order for parquet and skirting boards. I checked prices in multiple places and novafloor had best prices. We got the parquet all as was promised and it looks perfect! I have the photo of part of it while it was in process. Thanks for the great service and personal thanks to Jussi!
A really stylish showroom! It was great that the models were also installed directly on the floor, it made it much easier to visualize the whole thing and make the right choice. Thank you also for the excellent customer service!
Very bad experience – I do not recommend Novafloor Oy to anyone. In the showroom, the parquet was displayed in such a way that the actual structure of the product could not be seen (the edges were covered with a metal frame). After ordering, it turned out that it was not solid wood parquet, but in fact the product is made of fiberboard, which was not explained before the purchase. The delivered parquet was of completely substandard quality: broken tongues, split corners, cracks, saw marks and sticking. Some of the boards were already damaged in the packaging, which was just thin plastic without any protection. Such packaging is unacceptable for a product in this price range. In addition, most of the boards do not correspond at all to the presented model: uneven color, light spot-like marks and missing brushing. About 75% of the boards are visually defective. The professional installer refused to install the parquet due to its poor quality. We tried to return the unopened packages according to the seller's own terms and conditions (14-day return policy), but the seller refused without a valid reason. The complaint was responded to arrogantly and the issue was not resolved. As a result, we have been without a finished floor for months, and a renovation is underway in a family with children. This is not acceptable behavior. Avoid this company.
