In addition to the fact that the offer clearly described what the cleaning includes at a reasonable price (not hourly pricing), it avoided a 'brisk approach'. A phone conversation and meeting with Adel during the first cleaning confirmed the matter. In addition, the cleaning is thorough and the end result is excellent. Adel is reliable and flexible. We had our first cleaning yesterday, the handprint was really good! The shower stall in the bathroom is like new! We have two big dogs and there is a lot of hair, but despite that, everything was clean. Our wishes were listened to carefully and the request for a quote was answered quickly, the cleaning was done in just a few days. The price is reasonable too. Really friendly and heartfelt service, I highly recommend it to everyone!
