Työmiehet tuli yleisavaimilla ilman lupaa kotiini vaikka ovessa kissankokoisilla kirjaimilla selkokielellä ilmoitus että "Asuntoon pääsy kielletty omilla avaimilla ilman asukkaan lupaa". Olin ollut firmaan yhteydessä 15.11.23 ja 09. 01. 24 Käyntiin liittyen eikä heistä ikinä kuulunut mitään ja siksi oletin etteivät ole edes tulossa. Kunnes sitten 18.01. Tyypit tunkeutuu röyhkeesti omilla avaimilla kotiini eivätkä sanojensa mukaan olleet tietoisia yhteydenotoistani. Olivat tai ei niin se ei oikeuta kotirauhan rikkomiseen joka on rikoslaissa säädetty. Heillä oli kuitenkin yli 2kk aikaa sopia tulostaan mutta he päättivät mieluummin rikkoa lakia kuin toimia oikein. Jotain rajaa! Ei kenenkään kotiin mennä niikuin rosvojoukko. Todella ala arvoista toimintaa.

I have used Hoviputki's services twice now. Based on these experiences, the company's customer service and the result of the work have been quite excellent both times. The first project was the replacement of the kitchen's water pipes and the removal of the radiators in the entire family home. The work was done by one person in a day, quite efficiently. The rating for this time was 6/5. The second project was the wiring of a new kitchen, for which the groundwork had been done so that only pipe connections were needed (including the APK was installed, the sink cabinet penetrations were made & the drain pans were attached). Hoviputki considered it appropriate to spend four hours on this one-hour job from a professional plumber. After I had first asked a familiar plumber for his opinion on the time required for the job, I contacted Hoviputki to see if there had been a typing error with the hours, taking into account Hoviputki's billing principles. If it wasn't an error, I asked for an explanation as to why this particular installation was exceptionally demanding and therefore took considerably more time than normal. The answer I received was that according to the accounting, this amount of time was spent by a professional installer, i.e. the request for an explanation was not even taken into account. Rating 1/5. Definitely a good partner for larger projects, because the work is done efficiently, but for smaller routine jobs, maximizing billing seems to weigh more heavily, because the time spent is clearly more than what external installers consider standard work.
