After installation and payment of the invoice, the enthusiasm to serve the customer disappears like a wall. Probably a perfectly functional tzydeem otherwise, but the final support and service attitude is exactly zero once the money has changed hands. So it smells like picking the raisins from the bun. Now if I were choosing a geothermal supplier, I wouldn't even ask this kiosk for a quote.

1) Absolutely ridiculously poor communication to residents and shareholders. Typos, endless train of thought. With timing and content. Communication is incredibly poor these days. 2) After a long delay, the geothermal heating has apparently been installed. However, they broke many things along the way, which we have now had to sort out. The radiators are buzzing nicely and DNA's housing company network was only fixed a couple of months later after they adjusted it. 3) When a subcontractor has done something that doesn't go according to a clear textbook, the representatives of this company immediately put their finger in their mouth. I don't know if they have communicated to the government (I hope so), but the residents are completely in the dark, even though the radiators buzz behind them at night so that you can't sleep. There is a lot of noise, hype and enthusiasm, but I wouldn't recommend this gang to anyone. We've seen a lot of changes here in the past year, and from the resident's perspective, Smart Heating definitely has the lowest performance.

Competent heat pump contractor

The system was installed for a housing company. The system has brought great savings and has generally worked well. A few extra expressions but the contractor has handled them well. The complaint issues also work and the negotiation with the contractor works and the responses are fast. I can recommend it.
