The unit was poorly installed and the refrigerant started to leak as a buzzing sound after two summers of use. I was told that it was the wrong type of socket, which was replaced under warranty last summer. The unit continued to leak until this summer it stopped working properly. They didn't answer the phone, so I ordered service from another shop. The installer immediately reported that the unit was poorly installed and quickly discovered that there was too little refrigerant. The leak turned out to be where the wires were attached. I do feel cheated.
I can't recommend not responding to complaints, the floors had to be replaced after installation because the installer had smeared all the surfaces with some grease, there was no response to this. The seller assured me that the outdoor unit could be placed where I wanted it, which didn't happen either and I wasn't informed of anything, the seller also promised when the device came with a €45 monthly fee that the service contract would be €10 monthly and the device would be reduced by €35 monthly, so after 4 years I stopped paying the bills and a collection letter came with the amount of €1,840, so the cheap Alpicair would cost me around €4,000, the price of this installed is usually around €1,600, I sent a message to the financial managers who didn't respond, then I sent a message to the CEO who took a rather stingy stance on the matter, so in summary I can't recommend this and a company operating on these principles to anyone.
The salesperson listened to what features we wanted and what were important to us. The installation took place according to the agreed schedule, we received good information about what kind of installation space was needed for a smooth installation. The installers took care of the necessary protections and cleaned up their own tracks down to the last crumb. Very professional from start to finish. Strong recommendation!
The bidding process went really quickly when looking for a supplier for a cooling ILP. We received a competitive quote for a Toshiba device and, on top of that, the installation time was promised for the following Wednesday. This was quite a nice surprise in the heat, as I have heard about long delivery times. Very neat installation in the corner of the bedroom and the outdoor unit on the balcony. Otherwise, it would have been a full five-star performance, but the user orientation was not provided, which led to a few frustrating moments with the wifi adapter and the invoice was sent before we received the installation protocol required by the housing company. This was taken care of the very next day when I pointed it out. In retrospect, I might have needed justification for the device's dimensions, as there are so many devices with different capacities in the selection. However, I am convinced that the model we chose is the right one in terms of capacity.
The installation of two air-source heat pumps was supposed to be completed in one day, on Thursday, but the job was badly left unfinished by one man (both ILPs). They promised that someone would come to finish the job the next day, Friday, but no one was there and when I called back, they said that the job would be forced to go to Monday. Holes had already been made in the wall for the pipes and they were left open for the whole weekend, even though it was already freezing. In addition, the installation of two power supplies/sockets was carried out on 3 different days, because when the electrician had arrived, I called him and he was already ordered to work elsewhere and the customer was left alone. In addition, the measurement report for the sockets was only received 2 weeks after the work was supposed to be completed in the first place. In addition, the communication with the customer was poor.
