The work started exactly at the agreed time. The installers were friendly and cooperative. Any questions that had caused concern were answered immediately. The work progressed quickly and professionally, the final result was good. The installers were professional to the last. They knew exactly what they were doing and in what order. Finally, the places were cleaned up and the "junk" was taken away. The home looked like nothing had happened again, except that we now had new water pipes and faucets. Any concerns about possible water damage were swept away, as the old pipes were 40 years old. It was a truly great experience, this is how plumbing work like this is done.
I asked for a quote, the company visited the site to do a survey and explained the available equipment in quite detail. In the end, there was no actual quote and the guy stopped responding to all messages (phone/email). The first impression was good, but a couple of months later I have no idea where the guy disappeared to, did the sales enthusiasm somehow stop completely? The VILP system was eventually purchased from a competitor.
We had water circulation radiators installed and the pipes replaced and the old ones removed. The work was really professionally done and the result is great and the work was completed faster than the agreed schedule, and we received instructions from the installer and the seller.
