Hi, the renovation of the bathroom and sauna floor, built in 1994 and partially renovated in 2005, went well overall. The original schedule was 3 weeks, but for reasons beyond the supplier's control, additional work was needed and the estimate for additional work was 1-3 weeks. They squeezed the whole thing into 4 weeks nicely, thank you! Excellent quality of work and professional. Excellent communication as well, except for a few things why only 4 stars: - it would be good if the offeror mentioned that drying the bathroom is important before starting the work. Now there was moisture in the floor that had to be dried (price 1k €), which I think could have been avoided with "harder" heating of the floor beforehand. - it was good to check with the floor drains before making an offer, but when the floors had already been dismantled, it was found in the 1st inspection that they were old and needed to be replaced.. there was no point in leaving the old ones, the new ones with almost a ton of additional bills (3 pcs) - the 3rd thing was the 'movement' of the distribution jack and the transfer of one of the wells under the water heater (a transfer of about half a meter). This could have been foreseen and whether it was even necessary, it is still open to me. - i.e. the final total contract price increased by 34% from the original. Here it must be taken into account that the two above-mentioned things increased the entire contract by about 10%. The transfer of the jack by about 3-5%. Other repairs are necessary, such as the replacement of the damp lower runs (which had been traditionally done on the floor concrete), which is a large amount of work.

The owner's bathroom renovation caused gray hairs due to insufficient communication. For example, the tenants of the commercial space below came to work without knowing that there was an 8-hour tinkering in the apartment above. It's very embarrassing to apologize for something like this afterwards on behalf of a professional. The person doing the work (subcontractor?) was also not instructed on parking practices, but the car was elegantly pulled to the rental space paid for by the resident in a way that also made it difficult to get into the garage. Not like this.

In short, the customer is the focus from the very first meeting, and that's how I think it should be. It was a carefree renovation, because we knew where we were and what the situation was at all times (we were on vacation at the beginning of the renovation) - thanks to excellent communication. The team set up a WhatsApp group, which regularly received updates, questions if something needed clarification, and pictures of the progress. I recommend this company everywhere - at work, to friends, acquaintances - because the whole package just works. I also sincerely recommend it to anyone reading the reviews here. 5 stars is no exaggeration.

Only good things to say about the renovation that was done for us. The target was a bathroom/sauna and a separate toilet. Maria made a plan according to our wishes. And Timo carried out the work. The entire bathroom was rearranged, which also meant moving the wells and water points. Special thanks for the good communication throughout the project. Every day I received pictures of the progress and all my questions were answered quickly.
