Frans Sarlin of F.S. Papaver Oy designed and implemented a major yard renovation of our detached house in Vantaa in the summer of 2025. During the design, Frans took our wishes into account and presented good ideas, which allowed us to modify the overall look of our house, including the lighting plan. Changes to the plan went well even on a short schedule. The bill for materials in the contract offer was slightly lower, which was reflected in the additional invoice. Of course, the additional invoice was also affected by a small filing of the plans in the final meters. The implementation went well and the subcontractors were well chosen and professional, and the work was 95% perfect. A few small things didn't go completely right, but the overall result was better than expected. Overall, the design and implementation went well and Frans solved any challenges with iron-clad professionalism and was very customer service-minded throughout the process. The workers had an accident while working, but Frans took responsibility for the matter and fixed the situation. We can recommend him for planning and implementing yard renovations.
