Very unprofessional behavior in every way. Made us wait for weeks (months) and in the end all we got was empty promises. We sent pictures and other information and they only promised nothing. In the end I looked for another company that would do the same job in two days. I do not recommend it at all.
Excellent service, I called at 8:00 in the morning, the installer came at 9:00 and by 9:30 the job was done. This cannot be done any faster. The installer was professional and was able to give instructions on how to change the lock on the other door and promised to do it within a couple of days.
