We had a Bosch Compress plip device installed by Mr LVI after our 20+ year old heating unit failed. Veijo took time to help us find the right replacement unit for our needs and was very quick to answer queries with thorough responses. The new unit was installed professionally, it looks super, functions well (very energy efficient!), and is so user friendly. A free two hour seminar was provided after installation to insure we knew how to use and complete basic maintenance for the new unit. Overall we are very happy and can certainly recommend Mr LVI as a reliable and trustworthy company to get the job done on time and for a fair price.
I had a new Nibe F470 exhaust air heat pump installed to replace my old exhaust air heat pump, for which I would like to give a big thank you to Mr. LVI. The installation process was professional and carried out with an excellent service attitude. The job proceeded exactly according to the agreed schedule - the device was installed and put into operation in one day and by the evening everything (ventilation, heating and water) was working normally again, so everyday life was not much disturbed. Our old Heat Pump stopped working correctly (no heating, no AC). We called Mr.LVI for fault diagnostic and technical support. It turned out that there was a faulty pressure regulator and the heat pump was un-fixable. We received good suggestions for a replacement units and all work was done very professionally. We decided to get the new Wilfa extreme heat pump with ground support frame. The new heat pump delivered on the promises of next level efficiency and remote controllability.
Needed a replacement for old heating system by new Nibe S735 system. Very good communicationd and service, installation was all done in a day, new system operational by end of the day. Awesome job!
