Company representatives park vehicles at charging points that are not charging. The company does not respond to feedback about this. Of course, this is also an advertisement.
Edit They don't respond to messages. They fixed the faucet when the property manager called them so fixed the stars.
Customer service is rude. The complaint was handled very reluctantly on the phone. 5 min. After some persuasion, they asked me to send a PM, to which I received no response.
