A truly unreliable company and unprofessional behavior. I have had to call the property manager all year and check with the contractors whether the agreed matters have progressed. Has the offer been accepted and have I been able to fulfill the duties of the property manager as chairman of the board of directors in any way. I do not recommend them to anyone who wants to make the matters according to the contract progress. We have made complaints about the operation many times, including a refund for the overcharges they have made with the housing company's money, totaling €13,000. The property manager and even the CEO do not respond to anything despite several contacts. We terminated the contract with them. I warn you, stay away.
The property manager does not respond to emails.
