I had the most horrible experience with this property. Enni gave me the most horrible experience I ever had since moving to Finland. We had appointment by 10:30 in vantaa , i travelled all the way from Lappeeranta since 6:45am to view the apartment and I was there at 10:30 although I didn’t know the exact building as they all looked familiar I contacted Enni and she rejected my calls , I sent email she did not respond either until couple of minutes later for her to say she already showed other people and had left and that she would be back in 1min. I asked her for help in knowing the exact building , she basically said “check Google” like that wasn’t what I have been checking that led me to number 2F of the building. 2mins after this , I eventually located the building and getting there Enni messaged with “I have left , we have to book another time”. I was left stranded , out cold , came all the way from Lappeeranta , wasted my time , money and labors for nothing. Enni treated me with so much disdain and offered no form of help whatsoever. This is my most horrible experience with any human since I moved to Finland.
Joel Sjöman gave me a exceptional service and support regarding mu apartment rentals. He supported me from the beginning to the beginning of the process in the each step. Highly appreciated and recommended his service as an agent.
